Built on MOSS 2007, the "We the People" Portal was designed to provide document management and a custom interface for reports, tracking of the document status, customer data reports, customized forms, training, marketing and discussion board to the franchisees that are part of this franchisor. This portal developed by FBS provided a secure, collaborative, manageable corporate interface to about 200 stores involved in legal document preparation services. This initiative also included design and development of intranet portals for IT, Legal, HR, marketing, Corporate Planning and SOX that provided collaborative interface for document management. FBS led the full project life cycle including the gathering of business requirements, project management, architecture, design system design, development, deployment and maintenance of the portal infrastructure.
