The EPET (Early Product Evaluation Team) and TASAT (Therapeutic Area Strategic Alignment Teams) involved building collaborative team workspaces based on SharePoint portal. 'Dashboard' is the main document repository for EPET which has workspaces for teams that work together on product evaluation which focus on information of team's activities, findings, output and personal spaces for each user. TASAT Teamspace provides access to product concept information to support the day-to-day TASAT operations with data integration, reporting, collaboration (alerts, emails and forums) and scorecards as main functionalities. FBS managed the full project life cycle from requirements gathering through deployment.
